PMAP is a subsidiary of Pech Group Holdings. We build Africa's address and services infrastructure — giving every building a verified address code and layering transport, payments, hotels, and government services on top. Built by Africans, for Africans.

• Account data: phone number or email address used to sign up
• Address data: GPS coordinates and location details you register
• Payment data: wallet transactions, KYC documents (ID, selfie) for Pech Pay tier verification
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, API calls made
• Device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve our services
• To verify your identity for financial services (KYC)
• To send important service notifications (OTPs, booking confirmations)
• To detect fraud and ensure platform security
• To comply with applicable financial regulations across African jurisdictions

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Payment processors (Flutterwave, Paystack) to process transactions
• Hotel and logistics partners to fulfill bookings and deliveries you make
• Government authorities when required by law
• Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) under data processing agreements

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations. You may request deletion of non-financial data at any time.
